Helping your baby to establish good sleep habits starts from birth, we use a variety of methods to help your child sleep better while assessing where your child is developmentally.
Using your goals and your pediatrician’s direction, we can gently help your baby to fall asleep independently. BWB does not believe in letting your child “cry it out”.
We provide guidance on the amount of sleep your baby needs, how to get your baby asleep and stay asleep longer.
After a detailed history, we will develop an individual care plan that is right for you and your baby. Together, we will create an easy to follow step by step plan to get your baby to fall asleep better and sleep longer through the night. Sleep training is primarily done by scheduling phone consultations; however in-home visits may also be scheduled if you feel this would better meet the needs of your family. We will continue to be available for phone consults to evaluate effectiveness: allowing us to fine-tune sleep strategies so you are comfortable and supported every step of the way.
